1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurts - and |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil - up to 3 |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Finely chopped fresh mint |
1 | Salt | |
1 | Cucumber - peeled, (medium) seeded/finely diced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh dill - finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Wine vinegar |
Combine all ingredients in glass or earthenware bowl; chill for several hours.
Use as a dip with vegetables or as a side dish.
