Strawberry Daiquiri Slush With Honeydew Melon Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Frozen unsweetened strawberries - (12 oz) | |
1/3 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Light corn syrup - or more to taste |
1/4 cup | 59ml | White rum - (to 1/3) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lime juice |
1/2 | Ripe honeydew melon - seeded, and | |
Flesh cut into 1/2" cubes | ||
Mint leaves - for garnish |
Puree frozen berries, corn syrup, rum, to taste, and lime juice in a blender until slushy, adding more water or rum to achieve the desired consistency. Spoon into 6 (8-ounce) wineglasses or other stemmed shallow glasses and top with melon.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
