Xiomara's Daiquiri

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCrushed ice
4 teaspoons 20mlSugar
2 oz 56gLight rum - (1/4 cup)
1 oz 28gTriple sec - (2 tbspns)
1/2 cup 118mlFrozen guanabana pulp - see * Note
1/4 cup 59mlLime juice
1   Spearmint leaf
  = (or 2 leaves of another mint)
  Spearmint sprig - for garnish
  Lime slice - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

* Note: Guanabana pulp (also known as soursop) is found in the freezer section of Latino markets. Guanabana is a large, white-fleshed fruit that tastes somewhat like a cross between apples and pears

Blend the ice, sugar, rum, triple sec, guanabana, lime juice and mint leaf in a blender until slushy. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with the spearmint and lime.
