1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Crushed ice |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Sugar |
2 oz | 56g | Light rum - (1/4 cup) |
1 oz | 28g | Triple sec - (2 tbspns) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Frozen guanabana pulp - see * Note |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
1 | Spearmint leaf | |

* Note: Guanabana pulp (also known as soursop) is found in the freezer section of Latino markets. Guanabana is a large, white-fleshed fruit that tastes somewhat like a cross between apples and pears
Blend the ice, sugar, rum, triple sec, guanabana, lime juice and mint leaf in a blender until slushy. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with the spearmint and lime.
