Strawberry Frost Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Part-skin ricotta cheese |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Strawberries - sugar added) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pure vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange |

Extra strawberries for | ||
Few sprigs fresh mint - (optional) |
In a blender or a food processor fitted with metal blade, place yogurt, ricotta, strawberries, vanilla and orange juice; process until smooth. Spoon into parfait glasses and garnish with berries and a mint sprig, if desired.
Serve at once.
