Sliced Tomatoes And Mozzarella With Three Herb Pesto Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Vine ripened tomatoes - (abt 1 lb) (large) | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Mozzarella cheese, preferably fresh - sliced 1/4" thick |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Three Herb Pesto - see * Note |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Basil, mint, and/or parsley sprigs - for garnish |

On a large round platter alternate tomato and mozzarella slices, overlapping slightly, and spoon Three Herb Pesto in a ring around center of slices. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with herbs.
